Seven Weeks, 3 Days ~ Nausea!

Just when I thought I was going to get away lightly with the dreaded 'morning sickness' it hit me!  Up until two days ago I had been feeling only slightly queasy but then things changed and I've been trying my best to avoid praying to the porcelain god several times a day.  So far I've avoided actually vomiting but it's come close a few times.
I have a multitude of 'remedies' including seabands (accupressure bands you wear on your wrists), gingernuts, ginger lollies, ginger and lemon tea, salt and vinegar pringles and some vitamin B6 capsules that my wonderful hubby picked up for me today.  Unfortunately I think the capsules are too strong at 100mg so will have to take them back and swap for a lower dose option.
My diet the past couple of days has included some of these things as well as Vegemite on toast and mashed veges (potato, pumpkin and carrot with butter and vegemite)...yep, baby food lol.  Not the healthiest diet, but it's about all I can handle at the moment.  Meat is completely off the list and even thinking of anything that looks or smells like it might have mooed, clucked or baaa'd makes me want to barf.
I'm finding that eating regularly does help.  I am CONSTANTLY hungry but the thought of food often makes me feel like barfing, so small amounts, often, is best.
As for calling it morning sickness...it's actually ALL DAY nausea.  There seems to be a baseline and I get waves of severe nausea throughout the day.  First thing in the morning before I get out of bed is when I feel my best!
My biggest concern?  Getting through the next few weeks at work...at least they know I'm pregnant now.
Roll on week 13...
