Nothing new since Tuesday really. My Pelvic/back pain reached a peak on Wednesday after doing a (gentle) aquacise class. I gave in to Panadol which to my surprise actually helped tremendously. Thankfully today I'm not feeling so bad and have managed to stay away from pain killers.
