Not much to post this week. Just waiting, waiting, waiting! Poor Hamish thinks every time I call him at work that it's going to be 'the call'.
We're down to weekly appointments with the midwife now. Started on iron and vit c tablets this week as my iron levels haven't come up. Can't say I'm feeling the effects of them being low, but with the impending birth she'd like to get them up a bit.
Baby is still head down and to my right side, he's being stubborn! The midwife said either side is ok but I've been told to sit upright and lean forward more to prevent him turning posterior as I'm bad at putting my feet up on the couch! So I've been bouncing away on my swiss ball this week and using a chair for the laptop so I lean forward :) Have had loads of Braxton Hicks, tummy always rock hard and a few cramps and niggles but nothing that makes me think anything will happen any time soon.
We got our buggy and all the fancy bits and bobs that go with it this week! Wow, we have been spoilt, big thank you to David and Sue :) I just LOVE the buggy, it's so easy to use and such an outrageously cool colour!
I was also taken out to lunch this week by Kat and received another huge box of prezzies from her and her family which was a huge surprise and has all sorts of awesome and useful stuff in it...even Hamish and Monty didn't miss out on goodies lol, thanks Kat!
I see there are some good guesses on the previous post. If you haven't put yours in, don't forget to before it's too late! It will be interesting to see who's the closest!
Picture time!
